Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as Directed by a Doctor
Your baby's health depends on carefully following the preparation, use, and storage instructions below.
Ask your baby's doctor about infant formula feeding including how much to feed and the need to sterilize (boil) water and preparation utensils before mixing. Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula.
Step 1: SHAKE WELL.
Step 2: Remove cap.
Step 3: Attach clean nipple assembly. Feed baby immediately OR store only in the refrigerator 35-40°F (2-4°C) and use bottle within 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Warnings: Do not use microwave to warm formula. Serious burns may result. Do not use if bottle appears damaged. Storage: Store unopened bottles at room temperature in original carton. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and prolonged exposure to light. Breastfeeding is best for your baby. This formula is not intended for the treatment or management of allergy.
